Strategy
- Use it to lure guards which hear the sound to your position. If they hear a shot they will come to the place the shot came from. A negative aspect is that the guards will sound the alert so use this on ships with no alert response or when you were already spotted.
- Silenced variants are very good to take out guards without coming to close to them.
- Shoot windows to break them and to blast everyone nearby (including you) into space.
- Good weapon to shoot fuel barrels because of the low ammo costs and the relatively low noise.
